Facilities
Food
Prairie Haven does not operate a restaurant or snack bar on the grounds so it will be necessary for you to bring food or snacks. We have ice available for a small donation. Small refrigerators and microwave ovens are available in each cabin room. Additionally, a full kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator and cooking utensils is available in the clubhouse. If you prefer, there are a number of good restaurants within a short drive from the grounds. Check with the office or any of the members for their recommendations and directions.
Office and Club House
The office adjoins the clubhouse which provides a full kitchen, indoor and outdoor showers, restrooms, a small library, magazines, television/VCR/DVD and more.
Pavilion
Our pavilion provides a great facility for large groups, club functions, or potluck dinners.
Pools and Hot Tub
The in-ground pool and hot tub with lighted gazebo adorn the very large sunning patio. Poolside tables, chairs, and lounges are provided; you provide the towel. Play water volleyball in our above-ground activity pool or take a water aerobic class most weekends during the summer.
